Work has begun on the Kapiolani Boulevard Water and Sewer System Improvements Project, which will replace underground systems that are more than 70 years old.

We realize the work will cause some inconvenience for motorists, pedestrians and businesses, and we ask for your patience and aloha during the construction. The contractors are doing everything possible to minimize the disruption by working at night, planning traffic flow to provide access to driveways where possible and more. Work will be suspended during the busy holiday season, from Thanksgiving until early January.
